Fitness and exercise has always been a huge part of Jayne’s life. As a teenager, playing tennis, swimming and spring board diving competitively, then as an adult becoming certified as an aerobics instructor fueled her desire to get others fit. She taught classes in hospitals, organized races & runs, lead exercise classes in the US and Cancun, Mexico. Her passion for running 10K races evolved into marathons and half marathons.
